Prawns bound in a saffron mayonnaise topped with smoked salmon

And finished with a herb leaf salad

Garlic mushrooms on toast

A sauté of wild mushrooms and button mushrooms with garlic butter

and herbs served on toasted homemade bread

Roast sirloin of beef

Sliced best British sirloin served with giant Yorkshire pudding & roast gravy

Roast turkey breast

Served with cranberry sauce and sage stuffing

Roast leg of lamb

Served with rich roast gravy and mint sauce

Char grilled sirloin steak (£4.99 supplement)

Served with mushroom and tomato finished with a peppercorn sauce

Oven roasted salmon fillet

Finished with a prawn, roasted tomato and basil sauce

Slow braised belly pork

Topped with an apple, port & whole grain mustard sauce

Pan fried chicken breast

With a smoked bacon and mushroom cream sauce

Roasted pepper and courgette fettuccine

Roasted peppers & courgette finished in a rich tomato & herb sauce on fettuccine pasta
